I have some very sad news,    Erica Spencer was killed in an accident last week.  Erica trained with us and was a very good student, I am sure if you had the pleasure to work out with her that you had found her to be a very nice and fun person. Erica will be missed very much.  Our thoughts and prayers are with her family. The Keishinkan Family.
